Q: Is Mold charge refundable?
A: Yes, mold charge is refundable with certain quantity according to different product, e.g. Lacrosse mold charge is refundable with order quantity 200,000pcs per year.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are able to be sent for goods in stock and freight collect via UPS, DHL, or Fedex, etc international express. If we don't have samples in stock, sample cost is required for different products.
